Can I modify/change my subscription?

Absolutely! You always have the flexibility to manage and adjust your subscription. We send you a reminder several days prior to your next ship date to review your order in case you’d like to change anything. All you need to do is log into your account to change ship dates, modify your order, or adjust frequency before the next order is processed.

Will the liquid formulas go bad if I don’t refrigerate after opening?

Our supplements are like real food, so treat them like it! Once opened, putting them in the fridge will extend the life of the product but it’s not required as long as you use it within the recommended timeframe. Supplements that aren’t opened yet are happiest when stored in a cool, dry place until you’re ready to use them!

Do you recommend Wholly Liquid supplements for those with sensitive or dysfunctional gut?

Of course! Everyone could use a little boost in gut health but some need more than others. If you’re trying to repair your gut or have a sensitive system, we recommend starting with a slightly smaller dose (usually ¼ the recommended dose) and working your way up as you see results. It’s important to always consult with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns or more serious needs.

Can they be added to drinks, smoothies, or together?

Yes, you can! You can add them to smoothies, shakes, or simply add water to enjoy them on the go for a balanced intake of nutrients throughout your day! We love mixing our formulas together to create new tastes and mixed benefits. Everyone has their own favorite way of taking Wholly Liquid!
